WHAT WE DO

Ride Home DD is committed to providing a safe option for getting yourself and your car home when you have been drinking and do not feel that it is safe to drive yourself.

We dispatch a team of two drivers to the pickup location. The drivers will meet the customer and pickup their keys. You’ll know when your driver arrives; our cars and drivers can be easily recognized sporting the Ride Home DD logo. If needed, the driver will warm up the vehicle and clear off any snow accumulation.

The customer is then safely on their way home in their own car while the second Designated Driver follows behind.

Rates for your Service

Our rates are competitively priced when compared to other popular DD Services and less than the average two-way taxi ride!

We charge $31.00 for the first 10.0 km (minimum fare) and $2.75 per additional km.

Our drivers are patient, but a $1.00 per minute charge for standby time beyond a 5-minute grace period will be added over and above the fare.

Out of area charges may apply beyond our areas of service, however we do offer flat rates for travel of more than 50km. Please feel free to call us or fill out the form below for a quote.

Tips are not mandatory, however, always appreciated by our drivers.
